For real estate transactions including Purchase Agreements, Mortgages and Refinance documents, Foreclosure Excess Proceeds documents, Deeds and Titles, Liens and Releases, Reverse Mortgages, Buyer,/Seller packages, New Construction, Permit Running, Real Estate Contracts and Disclosures, Power of Attorney for Real Estate Transactions and other related contracts.
Fees begin at $75 for loan signings
GENERAL NOTARY SERVICES
Acknowledgements, Jurats, Oaths and Affirmations, Power of Attorney, Child Travel or Sports documents, Parental Consent forms, Immigration and other business and legal documents.
Fees begin are $10 per document plus travel fees.
ONLINE NOTARIZATIONS
Both Notary Signing Agents and General Notaries Public can notarize online. Banks, Mortgage Companies and Title Companies determine if the documents require in person or online signatures and notarizations.
Fees begin at $25 per document. Additional documents are $10 each. Additional signers are $5 each.
